Our pastor this Easter Sunday had something particularly applicable to say: The women who went to the tomb on that first Easter morning had expectations (i.e. they would find a body) and were distraught when these expectations were not met. But the reason the expectations weren't met was that God was in the process of giving them something better.
OK. I'll buy that.
